【ちくわチヂミ】
今日は、ポリ袋に入れて混ぜて焼くだけでできるとっても簡単な『ちくわチヂミ』を作りました！
ちくわの旨味と玉ねぎの甘みでめっちゃクセになります！生地はもちもちでごま油の風味がたまりません！めんつゆで味付けているので、これまた間違いない美味しさ！！
簡単でコスパも抜群で安定の美味しさなので、ぜひお気軽にお試しください！！

〈材料〉1枚分
ちくわ 2本
玉ねぎ 1/2個分
☆卵 1個
☆小麦粉 大さじ3
☆片栗粉 大さじ3
☆めんつゆ(4倍濃縮)  大さじ1/2
☆水 大さじ3
ごま油 大さじ2
『タレ』(★印を合わせておく)
★めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) 小さじ2
★酢 小さじ1
★ラー油 数滴

【Chikuwa Korean pancake 】
Today, I made a very simple Chikuwa Korean pancake that you just put in a plastic bag, mix and bake!
The flavor of the chikuwa and the sweetness of the onions makes it really addictive! The dough is glutinous and the sesame oil flavor is irresistible! The dough is sticky and the sesame oil gives it a great flavor! It’s seasoned with men-tsuyu, so you can’t go wrong with that!

〈INGREDIENT〉For2
2 Chinese chunks
1/2 of an onion
1 egg
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons potato starch
1/2 tbsp Men-tsuyu (4 times concentrated)
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
For the sauce
2 teaspoons men-tsuyu
1 teaspoon vinegar
A few drops of ★ Raayu
