【チーズポテトボール】
今日は、もちもち食感で中のチーズがとろーり美味しい『チーズポテトボール』を作りました。
フライドポテトやポテトチップスなどじゃがいもを使った料理は人気ですよね！
そんな人気のじゃがいもレシピですが、少し手を加えてもちもちのじゃがいもの生地にチーズを包んでサクッと揚げ焼きし『チーズポテトボール』にしました。
丸くて可愛らしくて、止まらない美味しさ！出来立てのサクサクとろーり食感をぜひお召し上がりください。

じゃがいも 2個
☆ピザ用チーズ 30g
☆片栗粉 大さじ2
☆塩・ブラックペッパー 適量
ピザ用チーズ(包む用) 30g
片栗粉 まぶし用
