・サラダ油 大さじ1/2

・卵 2個
・水 大さじ2
・有塩バター 10g
・サラダ油 大さじ1/2
□ソース
・しめじ 50g
・ウスターソース 50g
・ケチャップ 25g
・有塩バター 10g
・調理酒 大さじ1

・ 2 pieces Bacon
・ 30g Shimeji mushroom
・ 1 piece Garlic
・ Salt and pepper
・ 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
□ Egg
・ 2 Eggs
・ 2 tbsp Water
・ 10g Salted butter
・ 2 tsp Vegetable oil
□ Source
・ 50g Shimeji mushroom
・ 50g Worcestershire sauce
・ 25g Ketchup
・ 10g Salted butter
・ 1 tbsp Cooking liquor
