Pancakes:
 1 Banana
 1 Egg
 1/4 cup Soy milk (or any milk of choice)
 1/4 cup Cottage cheese
 3/4 cup Oats
 1/2 tsp Baking powder
 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
 1/4 tsp Vanilla
Filling:
 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Blueberry Topping
 1/3 cup frozen Blueberries (microwave 45 sec)
