【Hand-Made Soba】

◎ Duck & Sudachi Soba – ¥2,090 (about $14)

This restaurant is dedicated to authentic hand-made soba, offering both ni-hachi soba (80% buckwheat, 20% wheat flour) and pure juwari soba (100% buckwheat). If it’s your first visit, we highly recommend trying the juwari soba!

At the end of the video, you’ll see their signature Sakura Shrimp Tempura, one of the restaurant’s most popular dishes. Many regulars say, “You can’t leave without ordering the sakura shrimp tempura!” The crispy texture and rich flavor left me truly impressed.
