Today I am cooking two dishes;
1. “かぼちゃの煮物(Kabocha no nimono)” Japanese simmered pumpkin🎃
2. “忍者風椎茸ハンバーグ(Ninjafuu shiitake hanbaagu)” Shiitake mushroom hamburg steak with a ninja twist🥷🍄🟫
The simmered pumpkin is surprisingly simple to cook and super yummy, so if you see a good pumpkin at the store, you really should give it a go! And for the hamburg steak, I decided to challenge myself by trying out something new so that’s also a highlight!
