【餃子の餡】
キャベツか白菜 700g
ニラ １袋
にんにく 2個
生姜 大さじ1
玉ねぎ 1/4個
豚挽肉 450g
餃子の皮 60〜100枚
塩 大さじ1
こしょう 少々
醤油 大さじ2
鶏がらスープ 大さじ2
【dumpling filling recipe】
700g cabbage or Chinese cabbage
1 bag of Chinese chives
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of ginger
1/4 onion
450g minced pork
60-100 gyoza wrappers
1 tablespoon salt,
a little pepper,
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
2 tablespoon chicken stock
