Quick and easy dinner for low-energy days

For the days you have no energy to put together dinner and you’re leaning towards that packet of instant ramen, spend basically the same amount of time, a couple more ingredients and make this instead 🌶️🥜

Recipe ⬇️

3 tbsp Gochujang
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2-1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 Chicken bouillon+ 1/4 cup water (or broth)

1/2 stalk Green onion (light greens)
2 Minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp Avocado oil
Noodles 200g-300g

Garnish:
Lime juice
Sesame seeds
Crushed Peanuts
Green onion
